GeneralThe Commonwealth Magistrates and Justices Association is conducting an international survey and invited the Scottish Justices Association to respond. This response gives a thorough review of JPs in Scotland and the legislative basis for the JP courts and Justices of the Peace and is now available via the SJA web site.
