Scheme for appraisal of JPs

The consultation paper has now been issued to individual Justices of the Peace and relevant bodies in Scotland.

Any JP who has not received a copy should consult the December e-mail update newsletter from the Criminal Justice Directorate for details of how to access it or email the Secretary of the SJA for details.

Comments should be made by Friday 25th January 2008.
